How to Return an Item

If your return meets the criteria below, follow these steps:

1. Visit our Returns Portal [

2. Follow the instructions to lodge your return.

3. Once we receive your item at our Sydney warehouse, our team will process your return within 3–5 business days.

4. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is completed.

Returns Terms & Conditions

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless your item is deemed faulty.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags (including return tags) attached.

• Items without return tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

• Swimwear must be returned with the original hygiene sticker and tags in place.

• POSSE is not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

• If your return exceeds $1,000 AUD, import duties and taxes may apply. These will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We’re sorry if you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. All pieces go through quality checks before being shipped, but sometimes things slip through.
